We’re excited to share the details of our latest project, which perfectly captures our dedication to innovation. We have just started erecting a timber frame structure within an existing barn’s steel frame to create a stunning 3-bedroom dwelling.
The Project Vision
Our clients wanted a home that combines the rustic charm of the barn with contemporary living standards. They wanted to preserve the unique steel frame of the barn while adding the elegance of timber. This project is an ideal blend of industrial strength and natural beauty, and we are here to bring this vision to life.
Initial Steps
Once the existing steel frame was assessed and reinforced to ensure it could support the new timber structure, using high-quality, sustainably sourced timber, we are now in the process of erecting the timber frame within the barn.
The next phase
Once the timber frame is in place, and water tight, we will move on to constructing the three spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen, inviting living areas, and contemporary bathrooms. Our focus is on integrating modern amenities seamlessly into the design, providing comfort and functionality while preserving the barn’s rustic appeal.
