LJ General Builders Limited are based in Newark, Nottingham. We do work both locally and further afield in Nottingham, Lincoln,  Grantham and further afield.

We have been established for over 30 years and became a Limited company in 2006. The Company’s Director Leigh Shorrock takes the job from a vision to reality, whilst working alongside you each step of the way, to ensure the finished product ends with premium results.

Leigh aims high in every job, ensuring that if needed, you have all your resources such as electricians, plumbers, plasterers, painters and more, required for that project. Leaving you with no hassle and completely worry-free.

LJ Builders have a team of at least 16 directly employed trades people who are all fully qualified and most, like Leigh himself, have been in the building and construction trade for 15 plus years. The business is also committed to our future and engages in apprenticeships, social enterprises etc.
